Where HR time goes
Most HR teams do not lack good people. They lack one place where every employee, day of leave and shilling of pay is recorded and connected.
- Payroll in a spreadsheet. Salaries, PAYE, NSSF and local service tax are recalculated by hand every month.
- Leave tracked on paper forms. Nobody can say with confidence how many days anyone has left.
- Personnel files in a cabinet. Finding a document, or proving a policy was signed, takes an afternoon.
- Approvals chased by email. Hiring requests, salary changes and exits wait in inboxes, with no record of who approved what, or when.
One record follows every employee from hiring to exit
Recruit, onboard, attendance, leave, payroll, performance and exit in one system:
- Payroll from the facts. Attendance, leave and approved changes flow straight into pay.
- Staff serve themselves. Payslips, leave requests and balances from a phone, without asking HR.
- Every approval recorded. Workflows route each request and keep a permanent audit trail.
Sixteen modules, one database
Employee records, organisation structure, recruitment, onboarding, attendance and shifts, leave management, payroll, PAYE, NSSF and LST, payslips and self-service, performance appraisals, training and development, approval workflows, offboarding, staff surveys, reports and analytics, users, roles and audit. Modules are switched on per tier.
Employee data, protected properly
- Roles and data scopes. Eleven ready roles, from employee to HR director. Each person sees only their own team, department or company.
- Tamper-evident audit trail. Every change to pay, leave or personal data is logged in a chained record that shows if anything was altered afterwards.
- Approval workflows. Salary changes, hiring and exits follow a defined route, with delegation when an approver is away.
- Personal data protected. National IDs, TINs, bank and health details are masked for anyone who does not need them.
- Daily backups, with restores tested, not assumed.
- You own your data. Employee records and payroll history export at any time in standard formats.
PAYE, NSSF and local service tax rates are supplied as effective-dated configuration, as a starting point. Confirm them against current legislation before each payroll year. The rates shown are not tax or legal advice.
Setup
Every tier includes installation, configuration, data import and training. From signing to the first live payroll: discovery and setup, data migration, one parallel payroll run reconciled against your current method, then go-live with TIAMTECH through the first live pay run and returns.
