Where a delivery goes quiet
Most transporters do not lack trucks or drivers. They lack one system that shows every shipment, vehicle and shilling from booking to payment.
- "Where is my delivery?" Customers call all day for updates, and the office has to phone the driver to find out.
- Paper proof that gets lost. Signed delivery notes come back days later, crumpled or missing, and invoices wait for them.
- Trucks running half empty. Loads are planned on a whiteboard, so some vehicles leave overloaded and others half full.
- Fuel and repairs out of sight. Nobody can say which vehicle burns the most fuel or which service is overdue until it breaks down.
Every shipment on the record, from booking to payment
Book, plan, dispatch, track, deliver, invoice and review in one system:
- Customers kept informed. SMS updates and a tracking link, without a phone call.
- Proof the same minute. Photo and signature reach the office as the goods are handed over.
- Nothing goes unbilled. Invoices build themselves from delivered waybills and rate cards.
Sixteen modules, one database
Bookings and waybills, customer portal, dispatch and load planning, GPS live tracking, driver app, proof of delivery, SMS notifications, warehouse and hub, vehicles, drivers, fuel management, maintenance, rate cards, billing and invoices, reports and KPIs, users, roles and audit. Modules are switched on per tier.
Every delivery backed by proof
- Roles and permissions. Dispatchers, drivers, accounts and managers see only what their role needs; customers see only their own shipments.
- Full audit trail. Every booking, change, delivery and invoice is logged with the user and the time.
- Evidence you can show. Photos, signatures, times and GPS positions are kept with each delivery for disputes and claims.
- Works on weak networks. The driver app stores deliveries offline and uploads them when the signal returns.
- Daily backups, with restores tested, not assumed.
- You own your data. Shipments, trips and invoices export at any time in standard formats.
Live tracking uses GPS devices fitted to each vehicle, or the driver's phone. Devices, installation and their data plans are quoted separately.
Setup
Every tier includes installation, configuration, data import and training. From signing to the first tracked delivery: discovery and setup, data and devices, pilot routes, then go-live with TIAMTECH through the first full week and billing run.
