Where customer conversations go wrong
Most businesses already get their customers on WhatsApp. What they lack is a way to answer every message quickly, consistently and on the record.
- Messages answered hours later. Customers write at 9pm and hear back the next afternoon. By then many have bought from whoever replied first.
- The same questions, all day. Prices, delivery fees, opening hours and order status fill the team's day, leaving little time for the conversations that need them.
- Chats lost on staff phones. Customer conversations live on personal phones. When someone is off sick or leaves, the history leaves with them.
- No record of what was promised. There is no shared view of who replied, what price was quoted, or whether a complaint was ever resolved.
Every conversation answered, and every answer on the record
The customer writes, the assistant understands, answers from your facts, looks things up, hands over when needed, your agent resolves, and feedback comes back:
- Answers in seconds. Routine questions are answered instantly, including at night and weekends.
- Your facts, not guesses. The assistant answers only from content you approve, and says when it does not know.
- People where they matter. Sales, complaints and judgement calls go to your team, with context.
Sixteen modules, one database
Shared team inbox, AI assistant, knowledge base, human handover, routing and queues, business hours and away, customer profiles, tags and internal notes, order and booking lookup, broadcasts, message templates, opt-in management, satisfaction surveys, analytics, integrations and API, users, roles and audit. Modules are switched on per tier.
Built within WhatsApp's rules
- Official WhatsApp platform. Built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, not unofficial tools that put your number at risk of being banned.
- A support assistant, not a chatbot for everything. It answers questions about your business only, which is what WhatsApp's policy for businesses allows.
- Grounded answers. Replies come only from your approved content, with the source recorded, and it says when it does not know.
- Consent and opt-out. Marketing goes only to customers who opted in; STOP requests are honoured automatically.
- Roles and audit. Agents, supervisors and admins have separate rights, and every reply and handover is logged.
- Your data, protected. Conversation data is handled in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, and exports on request.
WhatsApp messaging fees are charged by Meta at its current rates, and Meta sets the rules for templates and AI on its platform. Both can change; TIAMTECH keeps the system in line with them, but the charges are separate.
Setup
Every tier includes installation, configuration, data import and training. From signing to the first customer answered: your number connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta's business verification completed with you, your price list, policies and common questions turned into the knowledge base for you to approve, your team tests real questions before launch and agents are trained on the inbox, then go-live with conversations reviewed daily for two weeks. Meta's verification time varies and is outside our control.
